When you contact Sprocket, request a snapshot, or book a meeting, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, message, scheduling details, and information you choose to share about your business. Our website may also collect ordinary technical information such as browser, device, and page-interaction data.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, provide assessments and services, schedule appointments, send requested updates, operate and improve our website and workflows, protect against misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you expressly opt in through Sprocket's designated SMS consent form, Sprocket may send appointment and customer-care text messages about requests you initiated. Sprocket does not use this consent for promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that process messages solely on Sprocket's behalf.

One Useful Fix newsletter

Sprocket sends the One Useful Fix newsletter only after you explicitly request it and use the confirmation link sent to your email address. Newsletter consent is independent of requesting a snapshot, submitting a contact form, booking a meeting, exchanging a business card, or consenting to text messages.

We record the signup source and time, confirmation status, and later unsubscribe choices so we can honor your preferences. Unconfirmed addresses do not receive weekly issues. You may unsubscribe from One Useful Fix without deleting legitimate customer-care or business records.

Service providers and disclosures

We may use service providers for website hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, scheduling, communications, and payment processing. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
