Using Sprocket

These terms govern your use of the Sprocket website, communications, and services. You agree to provide accurate contact information, use the services lawfully, and avoid interfering with the website or its systems.

Text-message terms

By checking the optional SMS consent box on Sprocket's designated SMS consent form and submitting that form, you agree to receive appointment and customer-care text messages from Sprocket at the number provided. Messages may include requested callback coordination, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, and replies about an open customer-care request. This consent does not authorize promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, call +1 720-903-2462, or email gabriel@sprocket.pro. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to opt in to customer-care text messages.

Services and payment

Any project scope, timing, fees, and deliverables are governed by the proposal or agreement accepted for that work. Website examples and assessments are informational and do not guarantee a specific business outcome.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Sprocket owns its website content, branding, and original materials unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, misuse, or disrupt them without permission. Client-owned materials remain the client's property.

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Sprocket disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the public website.
