Support your website with practical business automation.

Practical support for the work around your website: lead intake, booking handoffs, reminders, and repeated administration. We start with the workflow and keep a person responsible for the decisions.

Start with one repeated task.

A clearer website helps people take the next step. Supporting automation can help your business handle that next step consistently, without turning every task into another system to manage.

  • Collect and route an enquiry to the person who can respond.
  • Connect intake to an agreed booking or follow-up process.
  • Send appropriate reminders with the required customer permissions.
  • Reduce repeated administrative steps where the existing tools allow it.

Map the handoff before building it.

We look at the current process with you, identify the first useful change, and agree how it will be checked. A useful scope includes what happens when the happy path breaks.

  • The trigger, information needed, receiving person, and intended next step.
  • The tools and permissions involved, including any limits or separate service costs.
  • Clear disclosure when a customer is talking with an automated assistant.
  • Human review for uncertainty, exceptions, and commitments beyond the agreed authority.
  • Checks for accepted, failed, and incomplete steps, with an agreed measure of improvement.

Implementation is quoted separately after we understand your needs. Deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and costs are agreed before work begins.

Questions before we talk

Do I have to replace my current tools?
We review what you already use before proposing a change. Compatibility, access, permissions, and any third-party costs need to be checked for the specific workflow. We do not promise that every tool can connect to every other tool.
Does every automation use AI?
No. A routing rule, reminder, or structured intake form may be enough. If an AI assistant is appropriate, its role and limits should be clear to the people using it, with a route to human help.
What can a customer-facing assistant promise?
Only what the business has authorized. Uncertain questions, exceptions, and decisions outside that authority should go to a person. The scope needs to define who receives those handoffs and what happens when a connection or step fails.
How do we know the work helped?
We agree on the relevant baseline before implementation, such as response time or repeated manual steps. We then check the whole agreed workflow and compare its behavior with that baseline. There is no universal time-saving or revenue guarantee.
Is automation included in web design pricing?
Automation is scoped and quoted according to the workflow, tools, and support it needs. It can accompany a website project or be considered separately. The free initial call and written snapshot do not commit you to paid implementation.
