Web design for Douglas County small businesses.

A new website or focused improvements to your existing one, built around what your business does, the customers you serve, and the next step you want them to take.

Help visitors understand your business.

A visitor should be able to tell what you do, whether you serve them, why they can trust you, and how to get in touch. That is the starting point for the design.

  • A new site when your business needs a useful online home.
  • Focused improvements when an existing site makes the offer or next step hard to find.
  • Service pages that answer real customer questions, using your actual work and business details.
  • A readable mobile experience for customers checking your business on their phone.

What we can scope together

The proposal identifies the pages and functionality your business needs. These are areas to discuss, not a fixed bundle of inclusions.

  • Page structure and copy that explain your services, audience, and service area.
  • Design and development using genuine business photos, work examples, and approved testimonials when available.
  • Contact and booking paths, including clear form feedback and useful next steps.
  • Search foundations: page titles, descriptions, internal links, canonical URLs, and truthful structured data.
  • Checks for mobile layouts, keyboard access, performance, and the agreed enquiry path before release.

Sprocket-owned demonstration

Inspect the site you are using.

Sprocket’s own website is an example of our design approach, not a client case study. It does not establish a client’s sales results or a measured conversion improvement.

Implementation is quoted separately after we understand your needs. Deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and costs are agreed before work begins.

Questions before we talk

Do I need a completely new website?
Not necessarily. We start by looking at your current pages and enquiry path. Clearer content, better navigation, or a focused repair may be the right first step. A rebuild is considered when the existing site cannot support the agreed needs.
What will it cost, and how long will it take?
Website work is quote-based. The page count, available content, existing platform, and required functionality affect the scope. We discuss these before proposing costs and a schedule.
What should I bring to the first call?
Your website address if you have one, the services you want to explain, the customers you want to reach, and what currently makes enquiries difficult. Existing photos, reviews you have permission to use, and examples of your work help us identify content gaps.
Does local search work guarantee rankings?
No. Clear service content, useful internal links, page metadata, and crawlable pages give search engines a sound foundation. Rankings and enquiry volume depend on factors beyond a website build, so we agree on useful measures without promising a position or number of leads.
Can automation be part of the website?
Yes, where it supports a real need. Intake, booking handoffs, and follow-up can be scoped alongside the site after we check the current tools, permissions, and human handoff. They are not automatically included in every website quote.
